Origin & Character

Grown on Tai Hua Mountain in Anxi, Fujian, at an altitude of around 1100 meters.

This tea uses the Taiwanese Jin Xuan cultivar, adapted to the Fujian terroir. Hand-picked during the spring harvest and processed using traditional methods, it expresses both floral freshness and creamy depth.

A light roasting brings out its signature milk fragrance, while maintaining a smooth, elegant body.

This tea opens differently depending on how you brew it.

For a deeper, more pronounced creamy body, we recommend slightly longer infusions rather than very short gongfu-style steeps — this helps the milk notes fully express themselves.

Short infusions will be lighter and more delicate, while longer steeps reveal its full, smooth character.

Steep multiple times, though the first infusion carries the richest creamy profile.
