We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused  
• The item must be in its original packaging  
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received  

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned.

Because some of our products include fragile ceramic items, we ask that all returns are carefully repacked to avoid damage during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the damaged item  
• Photos of the packaging  
• Your order number  

If the damage occurred during shipping, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
